Once again Landcruising was invited to the Bike & Outdoor tradeshow in Dresden by Globetrotter and the Messe Dresden. This year the Woodwave-Slackframe (designed by Landcruising and Frank Matthies) was placed in an even more central region of the hall.

My first weekend off after a very busy time. Stefan and his girlfriend Kristin went back home from the hospital with their new born son Lenno-Aurell.
I passed my oral exams and we managed the first wave of orders and the preparation for the upcoming season. I needed some fresh air, so I packed my bag and met up with my friends to join them for a weekend in the Saxon Switzerland.
We had very relaxed time with climbing, slacklining and enjoying nature and the sun. I also used the time to set up my pimped favorite - the Ninja.

On the 12th of March the 6th Industrial Rope Access Cup took place in Leipzig. We were invited to set up a highline in the "No Limit" climbing hall.

We knew each other just from some phone calls from the past concerning the preparation of the guys trip. So we expected all and nothing. We first met up in Rathen, and did a small hike together through the sandstone paradise to get known to each other and to catch some vibes.

Flight of the 1000 feet with a vision - we fullfilled our dream and brought a passional project to an end which took most of our time and money of the last half year.

Slacklining ohne Bäume oder ähnliche Fixpunkte ist ein schwieriges Unterfangen. Rahmen, sogenannte A-Frames, und im Boden verankerte Haken schaffen Abhilfe. Leider ist hier der mitunter problematische Eingriff in die Örtlichkeit durch Einbohren/ -graben/-betonieren der Linefixpunkte in Betracht zu ziehen.
